This program aims to develop talents who can start innovations through cooperating as a team, allowing for diverse sense of values, overcoming boundaries of differences in specialty, culture and gender. In particular, this program aspires to realize development while keeping self-sustained collaborative relationship between various stakeholders from the surroundings.

Talents we cultivate

This program (CBEC: Cross Boarder Entrepreneur Cultivating Program) cultivates talents who can maintain self-sustaining collaborative relationship between various stakeholders, and overcome boundaries from differences in specialty, culture and gender, allowing diverse sense of values and work together as a team to start innovations.

Contents of the program

This program has three main pillars. They are;

  1. “Value Creation Pillar” that is based on design thinking, learning the basics of design thinking and then putting them into practice using PBL (problem based learning)
  2. “MBA Related Subjects Pillar” that is focused on cultivating entrepreneurs with the aim to teaching knowledge needed by entrepreneurs, such as leadership theory, finance, intellectual property, product design and development as well as marketing
  3. “Entrepreneurship Theory Pillar” that sublimates things creation by itself to business plans, such as how to create actual specific business plans, with lectures on specific cases by venture entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, along with business startup coaching by mentors
